Contact/quote submissions: retained up to 24 months for customer service and records, unless law requires longer

Analytics: retained per GA4 settings (typically up to 14 months)

SMS opt-in records: retained for as long as needed to demonstrate consent and comply with messaging regulations

We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.
